Bruschettas with tomato, basil and anchovies Product Of Sicily

Ingredients

  • 350gr Cirio Tomato Puree Chunkystyle
  • 1 whole bred baguette
  • 1 tin of oily anchovies
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Slice the baguette in pieces of about 1cm
  2. Open the Cirio Tomato Puree Chunkystyle and pour into a bowl
  3. Season with oil, salt, pepper and some shredded basil leaf
  4. Mix gently for a while
  5. Drain the anchovies
  6. Cover the bread with tomato
  7. Place the anchovy on top of the tomato
  8. Serve it garnished with basil leaves
