Savory pancake, tomato sauce, feta cheese and avocado

ingredients

20 oz  CIRIO Passata
1 cup of  flour
1/2 cup of milk milk
15 leaves of basil
8 oz of feta cheese
1 sachet of baking powder
2 eggs
2 limes

1 white onion
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 avocados ready to eat
Micro herbs
Salt
Sunflower oil
Garlic
Butter

 

Preparation
  1. Put a little oil, garlic in a pan and let it fry.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the avocado, add the juice of 1 lime, salt and blend until you get a paste.
  3. Add Cirio passata to the pot in which you fried the garlic, add salt.
  4. Finely chop an onion and add over the avocado paste.
  5. Prepare pancakes from flour, eggs, milk and baking powder. Mix until you get a homogeneous paste.
  6. Grease a pan with butter, pour the pancake mixture and wait for it to cook.
  7. On a plate, place a pancake, a layer of tomato sauce, a layer of avocado paste and another pancake on top.
